My path began working in memory care with elders, where I witnessed how touch, presence, and genuine connection could bring comfort in moments where words no longer could. I saw how a gentle hand, an attentive breath, or simply being with someone could ease pain, soothe the nervous system, and create a sense of dignity and peace. That experience shaped everything I do. I studied at Texas Center for Massage Therapy graduating with 815.5 credit hours in 2016. ​My work ranges in modalities from: Acupressure, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial, Prenatal, Reflexology, Reiki Energy Healing, Sports, Swedish, Trigger Point and Trauma-Informed Somatic Massage guided by intuitive listening and respect for your autonomy. I move slowly and intentionally — allowing your body to soften at its own pace. I work WITH your nervous system, not against it.

Clients often leave feeling lighter, safe, seen, deeply rested, clear, relieved from pain and tension.

My approach is both grounded and soulful: rooted in anatomy, fascia, and the body’s physiology — while also honoring the subtle emotional and energetic layers that cannot be separated from the physical. Most of all, this is a space where you don’t have to hold anything up.
